Hi! I’m Jill

I am a 500-hour yoga teacher, reiki healer. As a yoga therapist-in training, I have completed specialized programs in functional yoga, meditation, and yoga for pain care, anxiety, stress and depression, menopause care, arthritis, and other modalities.

I have an affinity for the beauty and calming aspects of the mind-body-breath connection of yoga, especially restorative yoga, gentle movement, and yoga nidra, and how we can apply these to help heal.

I have a passion for creating accessible, empowering experiences for students of all levels. I believe yoga is for every body and that wellness is a journey and a birthright.

I meet students where they are when they step onto the mat, and provide options and support at all levels.
